1. 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: At Rubyloom, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

 

2. Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

 

3. How to Initiate a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at rubyloomofficial@gmail.com .with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

 

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

5. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us .

 

7. Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

8. Custom and Sale Items: Unfortunately, custom and sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
